black&white and dark icons this time.

These look so great! I love the contrast and light on the BW ones. 8 and 9 are my favorite. I also like the light on 2 and crop on 20 :D

Lovely icons. The contrast on all the black/white ones looks great. My favorite is the first icon, though. It’s so pretty! :)

Fantastic work with lighting in this set! I also love the use of grunge and smoke textures. Very atmospheric, and very noir. This set is so different from your last one, it shows that you have a lot of versatility when it comes to using different styles, which is always a fantastic thing!

My favorite out of them all is 14. The texture use is flawless, it's just the right amount of grunge, not too much, but visible enough to add interesting detail. The focus still remains on his face and the shadows on it.
I also love all the b&w ones, the contrast is really good, especially on 9, which is such a spectacular close crop icon!
10 is another one of my top favorites, I really love the smoky, dark, mysterious look - very moody and perfect for the theme, and also fits the cap nicely. 2 is really gorgeous too, absolutely perfect cap choice for the theme + the cropping and lighting look really stunning!
I also like the unusual cropping in 18 and the extremely dramatic use of shadows in 19. 7 is really great too, again really fantastic use of grunge textures and lighting! I also love the texture use on 3, 4, 11 and 20, especially the way the smoke circles the character in 11.

my favourite icons: 3 (excellent crop here!), 4 (stunning composition and use of textures), 8 (it exhudes mystery!!!!), 12 (perfect blending), 14, 15 and 19!
